Doctoral Researcher
Aalto University
I am a Doctoral Researcher in Computational Social Science with a research focus on understanding the complex relationship between digital behaviors and mental health. I use computational methods to study digital trace data and explore how these behaviors influence loneliness, mental health challenges, and overall well-being. My work combines statistical analysis and mixed methods research to uncover meaningful patterns, motivations, and underlying insights—bridging the gap between what “we do online” and “how we feel offline”. I am committed to helping individuals engage with technology in healthier, more mindful ways.
